"Quantum Technologies: New ways for computers, communication and data security" - is the topic of this year's Nokia Lecture.

After an introduction and greetings by Prof. ten Brink (INUE, University of Stuttgart)and Prof. Zielinski (Alcatel-Lucent Foundation) there are the following lectures given:

  • Prof. Dr. Jörg Wrachtrup (Fakultät Physik, Universität Stuttgart):
    "Quantentechnologien: Von den Grundlagen zu Anwendungen"
  • Mark Mattingley-Scott, Ph.D. (IT Architect, IBM Quantum Computing Ambassador):
    "Quantum Advantage - Applications of Quantum Computing in Chemistry, Optimization and Machine Learning"
  • Prof. Dr. Klaus Kornwachs (Universität Ulm)
    "Schweigen statt Verschlüsseln? Was wollen wir mit der Post-Quantum Kryptographie?"

The event will end with a get-together in the foyer.
