On November 3, 2026 Faculty 5 warmly welcomes its newly enrolled international students who will begin their studies this winter semester!
The Semester Opening is open to all international first-semester students enrolled in the faculty’s English- and German-taught study programs.
Program:
In addition to the welcome address by the Dean of Faculty 5, Prof. Dr.-Ing. Peter Birke, and the deans of the faculty's programs, actors and institutions of Faculty 5 / the University of Stuttgart will introduce themselves.
After that, there will be the opportunity to get to know your fellow students and meet representatives of Faculty 5 and the university over drinks, snacks and music.
And there's a little surprise in store for you.
