ILH at EuMW 2025

September 26, 2025

This week, our institute had the pleasure of participating in European Microwave Week, one of the leading events in the field of RF and microwave technologies.

We are proud that three papers from our researchers were presented during the conference, showcasing our latest work and contributions to advancing microwave and high-frequency engineering.

📄 Lukas Gebert – "A Superheterodyne 300 GHz InGaAs Receiver and Transmitter Chipset for 6G and Beyond Applications"
📄 Mathias Scharpf – "A Tunable True Time Delay up to 50 GHz Based on HBT Pairs in Stacked Common Base Topology with Incorporated Delay Lines"
📄 Mark Neff – "2.5 to 64 GHz Nonuniform Distributed Power Detector in 130 nm SiGe BiCMOS"

🙏 A big thank you to everyone who attended the presentations and engaged with our researchers — your interest and discussions are what make conferences so valuable.

🤝 We also truly appreciated meeting with our partners and colleagues on the exhibition floor and throughout the conference. The exchange of ideas and collaboration opportunities are what drive innovation forward.
We’re already looking forward to next year’s EuMW! 🚀
