Update on the new APS India - Important for Indian applicants!

December 12, 2022 / ISP

Exceptional arrangement for Indian applicants for the current application phase.

We have received many inquiries from Indian applicants regarding the new APS India in the last weeks.

We are aware of the issues that the introduction of the APS certificate for Indian applicants has created. The University of Stuttgart has therefore made transitional adjustments to the admission procedure.

We encourage all Indian applicants to proceed with their application for the programs of their interest in accordance with the official application deadlines (see below)  - even if the application and issuance of the necessary APS certificate takes longer.

Indian applicants, who receive their APS certificate  within the application deadline of January 15, 2023, should upload it on the C@MPUS platform as part of the application process.

Applicants, who have not yet received the certificate by the end of the application deadline, should submit all their documents (except for the outstanding APS certificate). These applications will be considered and processed without the APS. In this case, the APS certificate must be submitted to the Admission Office as soon as possible, however, no later than at the time of enrollment.

Important: This procedure, which is an exception to the general application rules, is only valid for the current application phase and only for Indian applicants.

Please consider the respective application deadlines for the English conducted Master's programs of Faculty 5:

Computational Linguistics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering – January 15, 2023

Information Technology (INFOTECH) – February 15, 2023
