The International Service Point (ISP) of Faculty 5 is the first point of contact for all International Degree Seeking Students, Exchange Students and enrolled students wishing to study abroad.

We are pleased that you are interested in studying at the Faculty of Computer Science, Electrical Engineering and Information Technology. Finding your ways in a new (international) environment can be quite challenging, especially if you don't know where you can get assistance. The International Service Point is happy to answer any questions you might have and to help you get started with your studies at our faculty. However, please note that we can only assist you with inquiries related to one of the study programs our faculty offers.

Finding the right contact person for your inquiries

The International Service Point of the Faculty of Computer Science, Electrical Engineering and Information Technology is the first contact point for prospective international students interested in one of our programs and international students enrolled in one of the programs Faculty 5 offers. We are here to assist you with specific matters regarding our four Master's study programs which are entirely taught in English (Computer Science, Computational Linguistics, Electrical Engineering & INFOTECH), German taught programs and exchange programs.

The International Office of the University of Stuttgart is the first contact point for all international students, regardless of their program or field of study. It offers a wide range of services from guidance on formalities, counseling to organizing social and cultural events. General inquiries  - hence, inquiries which are independent of the specific program of study  - concerning e.g. residence permits, financing and German language courses should be addressed to the International Office.

The Admissions Office of the University of Stuttgart is the first contact point for all prospective (international) students, regardless of their program or field of study.  General inquiries  - hence, inquiries which are independent of the specific program of study  - concerning application, fees, admission, visa, enrollment and legal regulations should be addressed to the Admissions Office of the University of Stuttgart.
