The International Symposium on Information Theory (ISIT) is a premier annual conference organized by the IEEE Information Theory Society, where researchers and practitioners from around the world present and discuss the latest developments in information theory and related fields. It covers topics such as coding theory, data compression, security, machine learning, and communications.
This year, the conference hosts a data competition called "Wireless Wanderlust", where participants are invited to submit their approaches to tackle an indoor localization challenge. Winners will receive cash prizes totaling over $2,500.
Our institute is happy to provide a dataset measured with our channel sounder DICHASUS for students to work with.
