Orientation Program for students starting their studies in October 2025:
1. Formalities in a nutshell: In these short seminars, we will inform you about the formalities you need to do shortly before and after coming to Germany. Since there is a lot of information, we divided it in three parts. You can register for the topics that you are interested in:
- Formalities in a nutshell I (health insurance, enrollment, student ID): Tuesday, August 5, 2 pm CEST
- Formalities in a nutshell II (arrival, accommodation and public transport, radio tax): Monday, August 18, 4.30 pm CEST
- Formalities in a nutshell III (city registration, residence permit and bank account): Thursday, August 21, 1 pm CEST
Each of the formalities seminars will be recorded, so if you are unable to participate, you will have the opportunity to watch the video later. If you have any questions after watching the video, we will offer a live online Q&A session where you can ask your questions regarding the formalities. Of course, you can also send us an email, or we can schedule individual counseling.
