Notes: The following formal errors can lead to exclusion from the application procedure: Incorrect information about your own overall grade and the grading system to which your overall grade belongs. (Please note the i-fields). Missing or incorrectly generated adjunct forms. (The supplementary applications must be generated using the “Generate pdf” button. Screen copies or browser printouts may not be uploaded to your C@mpus application account). Using an adjunct form from another degree program or from one of the previous semesters. (Supplementary applications that are not current or do not match the degree program may not be uploaded to your C@mpus application account).
